Subgroups of Team Building: |
The sub groups will compete with each other through a series of exercises spread over 2 to 3 sessions of 2 hours each: |
A. Group Bonding Sessions: |
Beginning with round chair briefing session and group formation with different team colours. Ice breakers will include games like human knot, warm up, drama play, Harmony, Skit games. |
B. Personal Development - Physically Challenging Activities: |
Adventure activities will include Burma Bridge crossing, Commando net relay race, wall climbing relay race, Archery shooting and Tarzan swing. |
C. Outbound Team Development Activities: |
Group Dynamic Games to Discover better methods. Team building includes BMX bicycle race on a race track, slow cycling race, obstacle course, Brick racing, Toxic waste blind fold game, Explosion, Marble rolling, Night rope crossing. |
D. Games of Limited Time : |
Cricket, Volleyball, Golf Putting and ending the day with debriefing, Certificate award ceremony and analytical report of the sub groups.------Followed by Mind blowing Dance session with a reputed D.J. &Double bin JBL music system. |
C. Self Empowerment Skills: |
The program is designed to cater, assist, support, nurture and reach to your inner hidden strength as an individual / sustain high levels of energy & Motivation.
The programme activities are designed as per the organizational requirements. These are meant to increase capacity of communication, enhance trust, problem solving, reduce conflicts, perception, evaluation & self management to build support. |
